Questions about Orders
An order can only be placed via the online shop. You can register as a customer or place an guest order and provide us with a valid email address so that we can inform you about the status of your order.
Orders via telephone are unfortunately not possible.
To order an item, you need to specify the size and, if necessary, the color from the available options and put it into your shopping bag by clicking on "Add to Shopping Bag" button.
With the filled bag, you can then go to the "Checkout" and order the goods during further ordering process. Additionally, you can also see which items are already in the shopping bag. Only by hitting the "Complete Purchase" button will you have to pay for your order.

After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation. This way you'll know that your order has reached us.
We also recommend checking your spam filter for incoming emails.

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to add further items to it.
If you wish to order more items, please contact our customer service via email or telephone and they will cancel your order altogehter. Then proceed and order the desired items again.
For certain items you have the possibility to have them gift-wrapped at myClassisco.com.
To choose this option, simply mark the box below these items in your shopping bag.
Depending on the size of the gift we use elegant gift boxes, high-quality wrapping paper and carefully selected gift ribbon.
During the Christmas season you have the option to choose between a neutral or a festive design for your gift.
We charge 3 € for each lovingly wrapped gift.

Questions about Payment
At myClassico.com, you have many different payment methods to choose from.
Credit Card
In the ordering step "payment" select credit card.
Our credit card partners are: VISA, MasterCard, American Express.
Your account will be charged only after the goods has been sent to you.
In the case of a refund, the charged amount will be refunded to your credit card.

PayPal
The payment with PayPal is easy, fast and safe.
In order to use this payment method, you need a PayPal account. There, you state your bank or credit card details. With PayPal you pay by logging in with your with email address and password. Your PayPal account will be debited directly with the amount and you receive a payment confirmation via email.
Sofortüberweisung (immediate transfer)
Sofortüberweisung (immediate transfer) is a direct money transfer method. During the ordering process you will be able to put the specified amount into your online banking account. To do so, you will be forwarded directly to the page of your online banking provider. The purchase amount will be transferred directly to us.
To use this method of payment, please hold your PIN and TAN (iTAN) ready.
Amazon Payment
Pay with Amazon makes shopping a little easier by allowing you to use your existing Amazon account information to pay for and have our items delivered to you. There is no need to remember multiple logins and passwords for multiple sites; all you need is your Amazon account information. You already trust Amazon when you shop online, so trust it when you shop on our site too. It’s a safe, secure, and convenient way to shop online.
Your credit card will be charged only after we have shipped your order.
The submission of your personal information on myClassico.com takes place via a safe and encrypted connection.
The transmission of payment data to the respective service provider is also realized in an encrypted form.
Questions about Shipping
The shipment is handled by our shipping partner DHL. We ship climate neutral with GoGreen.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This way you'll be able to track the status of your shipment.
The costs for packaging and shipping for orders that are shipped within Germany are 5,90€. We inform you that you bear the costs for the return shipment. You have, the possibility to return the articles within 14 days after receipt using the enclosed return label in order to receive a refund of the pure purchase price.
An express shipping within Germany with delivery on the following day until 12 a.m. or during the day (except on Sundays) is available for an additional fee from 12,95 €.
Delivery to other European countries and Switzerland involves higher costs for packaging and shipping.
For current delivery costs, please refer to the chart delivery costs. We inform you that you bear the costs for the return shipment.

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-3 days.
Express delivery within Germany takes 1 day.
Deliveries outside the German mainland (islands, islets, Heligoland) may take 1-2 days longer.
Deliveries to Austria take 3-4 and to Switzerland 4-7 working days.
In Germany, shipments can also de delivered to "Packstation". Please note your unit number and your postal no. in your billing or delivery address in the address extension field.
Large parcels that do not fit into the rented box, might need to be fetched at a branch of the Deutsche Post and/or DHL Express Station.
For many of our products we offer the express delivery service within Germany.
With the express shipment, there is a possibility to have your order delivered on the next day until 12 a.m. (except on Sundays). Please choose the express shipment during your order process when asked to specify the "address/payment method".
Please note that we need to receive your order until 1 p.m. (Mon-Thurs) to be able to send it with the express service and get your order delivered on the next day until 12:00 a.m.
We offer this service for an additional fee from 15,95 € from Monday to Friday.
There is also a possibility of a Saturday delivery before 12 a.m.
Here, the extra shipping fee is from 24,95 €. The order must be received on Friday until 1 p.m. to be delivered on Saturday.
You can also contact our customer service if you wish to use the express delivery service after you have placed your order.
You can specify a different delivery address during the checkout process under "address".
As long as the order has not been dispatched yet, it is possible to have the delivery address changed via customer service.
When purchasing on account, the specification of a different delivery address is not possible.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from out shipping partner with the DHL tracking number. It can take up to 24h until the tracking becomes active
For deliveries to Switzerland, no Swiss taxes, customs and transactions fees are included in the item price. Goods will be shipped with the German VAT subtracted from the price, meaning that you will have to settle the remaining fees upon delivery of the order.
The customs and transaction fees are not refundable by myClassico.com in case of a return.
For the return of the goods from abroad you bear the costs of the return.
Click & Collect
Yes, pickup at a Classico store is possible and free of charge.
Your order will be ready for pickup at your preferred branch after 1-3 business days. With the shipping confirmation you will receive a message about the earliest possible pick-up date.
Your order will be available for pickup for 7 days.
Only orders placed online can be picked up in the stores, provided this was selected in the order process.
An identification document must be presented for the pickup.
Please note that only selected stores offer click & collect.

Questions about Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange ordered items within a period of 14 days after the delivery. However, this right holds only for unworn, unwashed and flawless goods with the labels still attached. The goods must be returned to myClassico.com in a single shipment. We reserve the right to reject multiple returns at different times assigned to the same order. Please note that you are responsible for covering the regular costs for return postage from abroad.
We point out that you bear the costs for the return shipment. You have the possibility, to use the enclosed return label to return the items within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with them, in order to receive a refund of the net purchase price.
For returns within Germany, please use the added return label.
Also reduced items can be returned or exchanged.
Please note that we only accept returns in the original packaging. Shoes will thus be accepted in the original shoe box.
Should you receive a shipment where the labels are missing, please contact us immediately via email or telephone.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the regular costs for return postage. Together with your delivery you'll receive a return slip. For returns in Germany you can use the added return label or you can or return the goods at one of the Classico shops.
Please fill out the return slip to ensure we can process your shipment fast. From abroad you can return your order with a logistics provider of your choice. Please keep the receipt of return you obtain as it is your proof of return and therefore important.
Please note that it can take up to 7 days from receipt of your return and the refund procedure.
Once we have received and checked your return, you'll receive a notification regarding credit via email from us.
The refund is always done using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. The refund of payments with credit cards depends on the particular credit card and takes place on the credit card account. The refund to your reference account usually takes place within two credit card deductions.
If the recipient of the products specified in the order does not match with the purchaser of the goods, the amount will always be refunded to the buyer and the card holder.
Exchanges can only be carried out for the same item in a different size. Exchanging for a different article is not possible.

On the return slip, please mark that it is an exchange. Please do not tick the box for a return.
The new item will be sent to you once we've received the item to be exchanged, inspected it and classified it as flawless.
Questions about Complaints
Should an item be delivered faulty or have a defect within the warranty period, you can send the defective item back to us as a complaint using the return sticker. Please notify us in writing which king of defect the item has. We will review the article and then get in touch to you.
Please note that in order to examine the defective items, it is necessary for us to see them in the original.
Questions about Newsletter and Data Security
You can subscribe to our newsletter by choosing the item "newsletter" in the menu or via our customer service page. By entering your email address you will receive news about trends, brands and sales.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by choosing the option in the newsletter. You will then receive no more newsletters from us.
Or you can contact our customer service via email or telephone.
MyClassico.com treats all personal information confidential.
Furthermore, the entries of your personal data take place over a secure, encrypted connection.
The transmission of payment data to the respective service is also realized in an encrypted form.
General Questions
If you have forgotten the password that you used when registering, please fill out our online form by entering your email address and we will send you your new password shortly.
To change your login password on myClassico.com, please log in as usual with your email address and your old password. Once you're logged in, you can change your old password to a new one by clicking on 'My Account'. You will be asked to enter your old password once and your new one twice. Then confirm by pressing "send".
Our customer service will be happy to make a reservation of your desired item as soon as it reaches us. We will let you know when the delivery arrives.
